Pet: Simba
Owner: Patty
Simba is a four-year-old, healthy Orange Tabby Cat. Her owner Patty found her living underneath her neighbor’s house, and rescued him. “Because he was so fragile and scared when I first got him, it took him a while to warm up to anyone. He hid underneath my bed for over a week and would only come out to eat. But now, as you can see from his picture, he is living his best life,” says Patty. “He loves to look out the window and to to catch the birds. He also stands up straight and looks like a human. I love all animals and try my best to help any animal I come in contact with. My animals are loved no matter what they do, and have more than enough toys and all the treats they desire. They are my family.”
Although the Orange Tabby Cat may seem like a very ordinary or common breed, they have some very interesting traits that have been documented scientifically. First, orange cats are known to be the most friendly of all cat breeds. Second, orange cats tend to be male, whereas tortoiseshell-colored cats tend to be female. The Orange Tabby Cat is a highly successful breeder: they are stronger, heavier and more aggressive than most cats and tend to procreate in rural areas where they gravitate.
