The 2024 New Bern Cup took place April 28, 2024 at Taberna CC, one of the 6 area clubs that compete in this annual event. New Bern Mayor Jeffrey Odam was on hand to present the winning team with the Cup.
Title sponsor, Genesis of New Bern, offered a chance to win a new Genesis GV70, for the first player to make a hole in one on hole 14. There was one hole in one, but unfortunately on a different hole.
Another big winner of the event was True Justice, a local non-profit organization that helps victims of human trafficking as a $1,500 donation was made to that organization.
The 2025 New Bern Cup will be hosted by Harbour Pointe GC on a date to be determined.
