Howl-O-Ween Pet Parade + Costume Contest

We are bringing back Downtown New Bern’s Howl-O-Ween pet parade and costume contest!
On Saturday, October 29th, we will kick things off at the corner of South Front St. and Craven St. with the pet costume contest. Once prizes have been awarded to the best dressed pup, we will make a leisurely loop around Downtown New Bern.
The parade and costume contest are free to attend, and no registration is required to participate!
