COTAforEvansJourney Fundraising Par-3 Contests

Cost: $60 per player/$240 per team (limit 72 per contest)
Includes: Greens Fees, Cart, Range Balls, BBQ Dinner & Goodie Bag
Deadline to sign up: March 7th, 2022
Check-in: 7:30 am with shotgun start at 8:30am & 12:30pm with shotgun start at 1:30pm.
Choose best timeslot for your group or simply double your player fee and play both matches!
Par-3 Contest:
A fun ‘Scramble’ – Each team will play one ball together to obtain a score. Each golfer hits a tee shot; the best shot is then selected, all members pick up and move their balls to that spot. Play continues in this manner with each stroke being played from the best position until someone putts the ball in the hole.
Prize Awards:
Lots of prizes and awards – for 1st, 2nd, and 3rd place finishes for each contest. Including men’s and women’s closest to the pin and putting contest.
Fast Forward Pass:
For a $20 donation per team at check-in, your team has the option to obtain a ‘Fast Forward Pass’. The ‘Pass’ allows your team to go straight to the green on a hole designated by the committee, putting no closer than 30 ft for a chance at a hole in one’! This could be the advantage that brings your team to the winners circle.
All Ties will be settled by Matching Scorecards:
The Countback’ method will be used: last nine holes, last six holes, etc. holes 10-18, 13-18, etc. Starting backwards with 18th and so on, till a winner is declared for 1st, 2nd, 3rd place finishes.
Post golf BBQ dinner after each contest – outside on the new Sunset Terrace!
All proceeds go to COTA in honor of Evan McGuire to assist with a lifetime of transplant-related expenses.
