Community Con Invades Craven County

Do you ever have a day where you just want to dress up as your favorite character from a game, tv show or movie to escape the world for a brief moment? Do you have a child who likes to dress up and reenact their favorite scenes?

Well here’s your chance! On September 3rd the Craven County Jaycees will be holding a miniCon for the Craven County community at the fairgrounds. We invite you to come out and join others in the community to share your creativity with each other. There will be a costume contest with 3 age groups so be sure to bring your A game when it comes to your costume if you want to participate.

Receive $5 off admission when you bring 5 canned food items for each person in your group. At the end of the event all canned items will be gathered and given to Adelphia CDC for their continued efforts to bring food to those in our community who need it.
