1.25 ounces American Honey Whiskey
.25 ounces Drambuie
2 slices of lemon
Half a Bar spoon of coriander pods
3-4 mint leaves
1 ounce honey water
orange bitters
Muddle lemons, mint and coriander in honey water and orange bitters. Fill shaker with ice and add the rest of the ingredients and shake vigorously for 30 seconds. Strain out into a chilled coupe glass and top with lemon-lime soda to fill. Garnish with mint leaves and lemon twist.
