A Perfect Pear

1.25 ounces pear vodka

.25 port St. Germain liqueur 

2 slices of lemon

1 ounce honey water

orange bitters

Dash of nutmeg

Sparkling white wine to fill 

Muddle lemons, honey water,nutmeg and orange bitters in pint glass. Fill shaker with ice and add the rest of the ingredients and shake vigorously for 30 seconds. Strain out into a chilled coupe glass and top with Sparkling white wine.
